Welcome to LasedPres. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lasedpres.com and your purchases from LasedPres LLC (“LasedPres,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our products and website
LasedPres sells personalized gifts and decor, including laser-engraved drinkware, cutting boards, coasters, keychains, pet tags, bag tags, and other items. Products may be made or engraved by us or sourced from suppliers. Product availability, designs, and prices may change. We try to present photos, colors, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately, but display settings and natural variations in wood, slate, leather, and other materials can affect appearance. An engraving preview or mockup is an illustration; placement and finish may vary slightly on the final item.
We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or availability error. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you with the corrected information and give you the choice to proceed or receive a refund for the affected item.
2. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or a requested design cannot reasonably or lawfully be produced. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, applicable taxes, and any additional charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and pickup information and to update us promptly if something changes.
3. Personalized orders
You are responsible for checking the spelling, dates, names, numbers, sizes, colors, fonts, and other personalization choices you submit. We produce custom items using the information received with your order or subsequently approved by you. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We can change or cancel a personalized order only before production or engraving begins, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
We may contact you to clarify an incomplete or unclear request. If we cannot obtain the information needed to make the item, we may delay production or cancel and refund the affected item. We may decline a design that is hateful, threatening, unlawful, unsafe to produce, or outside our equipment's capabilities.
4. Customer-supplied images, logos, and text
If you upload or send artwork, a logo, photograph, text, or other content for an order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it for the requested product. You grant LasedPres permission to use that content solely as needed to review, prepare, produce, and fulfill your order and to resolve any related customer-service issue. We will not use your submitted custom artwork in marketing without your separate permission.
You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the file you provide. We may ask for a different file or decline an image that will not engrave clearly. We may refuse a request that appears to infringe another party's rights.
5. Production, shipping, and delivery
Any production and shipping estimates shown on a product page or at checkout depend on the particular item and order details. A shipping estimate is separate from carrier transit time. We will use reasonable care in preparing and shipping orders to the address you provide. Please verify that address before checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a new shipping date or cancel the unshipped item for a refund. If we did not specify a shipping timeframe, we will follow applicable law. Once an order ships, we may send tracking information when available. Contact us if a package is lost, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and apply our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Event purchases and pickup
Some items may be available for purchase or pickup at local events. The applicable product listing or order confirmation will identify the pickup arrangement. Bring your order confirmation or other requested proof of purchase when collecting an order. If you cannot make the scheduled pickup, contact us to discuss available alternatives. Additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to ship an item instead.
For personalized items produced at or for an event, review your design details before production begins. Returns, corrections, and problems with an event order are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and explains eligibility, timeframes, and how to report a problem. Personalized items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or a customer-submitted personalization error. We address items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or engraved incorrectly by LasedPres as stated in that policy. Read the policy before placing an order: lasedpres.com/policies/refund-policy.
8. Website content and permitted use
The LasedPres name, our product photos, designs, text, graphics, and other website content belong to LasedPres or their respective owners. You may browse and use the website to shop for personal or authorized business purposes. You may not copy or commercially reuse our website content without permission, interfere with the website, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful activity. Your ownership of artwork you submit for an order remains yours.
We may suspend access or decline an order when reasonably necessary to protect the website, other customers, or our business from misuse.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store may use third-party services for checkout, payment, shipping, analytics, and other functions, and may link to third-party websites. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for fulfilling your LasedPres order as described in these Terms; we do not control the content of websites we do not operate.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Please review it along with these Terms. We use order and contact information to process purchases, communicate with you, and fulfill personalized requests.
11. Disclaimer and limits of liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LasedPres is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a purchase. Our liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law does not permit that limit. This section does not reduce the remedies expressly offered in our Return and Refund Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept them for future use and purchases.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in another jurisdiction apply. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
